Is it time for you to raise your vibrational frequency and finally live the joyful, abundant life you deserve? If you’ve ever tried to make lasting changes, you know how hard it can be.

You may feel like you’re stuck in a rut, and no matter what you do life continues to play on repeat. The simple explanation for this is because everything is made of energy and all energy vibrates at its own particular frequency.

This energy draws people and circumstances into your life. As a result, your life is a reflection, or culmination, of what you are consistently putting out into the Universe.

Your Vibe Creates Your Reality

Because everything you see is more energy than matter, your vibrational frequency has a direct effect on that energy.

So, when you feel good and have a positive attitude, you radiate at high frequency of light, energy, and vibration and attract more of what you want.

However, when you feel bad, the Universe mirrors this vibration and sends you people and circumstances that match this energy.

Even if you are a kind and considerate person, low energy feelings like sadness, guilt, or jealousy, will always bring you situations that match those emotions.

This is referred to as the “snowball” effect. And, you can easily recognize it in your own life.

When you have a bad day, it quite often starts out bad. For example, you may wake up late, stub your toe getting out of bed, or get a speeding ticket on the way to work. And, not surprisingly, the day just continues to get worse.

The opposite is true as well. Think back to a day where everything just worked out in your favor. This is not a coincidence because life is essentially a mirror, sending you back what you put out into the Universe.

High Vibrations

Matter actually becomes lighter at higher vibrations. As a result, your body becomes lighter as well.

Feelings of love and gratitude create a domino effect of positivity. And, happy coincidences, or synchronicities, will occur more often. For example, a chance encounter can create an opening that wouldn’t have been there otherwise: a job opportunity, a love match, or a new friendship. This is a sure sign that you are on the right path!

Low Vibrations

Negative emotions result in low frequency vibrations. At this frequency, your body feels heavy and dense. And, you create bad karma and attract more negativity, stress, and even illness into your life.

Circumstances are less likely to work out in your favor. And, if they do, they won’t be sustainable. For instance, most people who win the lottery cannot maintain a prosperous and abundant lifestyle simply because they aren’t on a frequency of abundance.

1. Meditate

Meditation is a powerful way to tap into the spiritual realm and elevate your level of consciousness. And, when you connect to your personal power and gain clarity about what you want, you manifest good things into your life.

So, meditate every day even if it’s only for few minutes.

It can be difficult at first because you may not be used to sitting quietly with your thoughts. But, this is exactly why it’s so important!

There are many free guided meditations out there to help you get started. Or, you can simply start by sitting quietly. Calm your mind and tune into your breathing to bring yourself into presence.

If thoughts arise, observe them without reacting or “buying into” them. Think of them as passing clouds in an otherwise blue, expansive sky. Then, put the focus back on your breath.

2. Practice Gratitude

Always show gratitude for what you have, even if it isn’t exactly what you want. You can’t receive anything if you’re in a state of lack. When you are grateful for everything in your life, the Universe interprets this as abundance and sends you more good stuff!

One great way to practice gratitude is by writing in a gratitude journal. So, begin by listing five things you are grateful for each day. Or, write in depth about one thing that inspired you.

It’s not an exact science, so do what feels right to you. The most important thing is that you cultivate feelings of love and engage the heart.

3. Try Something New

New experiences are the spice of life! Learning, growing, and expanding your awareness are important aspects of the human experience. So, mix up your daily routine and rediscover your passion for life: take a class, travel, learn a new language, or even train for a 5K.

You will feel uncomfortable at first. This just means that you’re challenging yourself and using your brain in an unfamiliar way. So, be patient with yourself.

New experiences are good for your emotional, mental, and spiritual health. And, they give you a rush of dopamine to boost your mood!

Never underestimate the power of kindness. Being kind is something wonderful you can do for another person. But, first and foremost, be kind to yourself! Stop beating yourself up over past mistakes and start embracing future possibilities.

Instead, look at your situation objectively, as an outside observer. This new outlook will help you to take purposeful and beneficial steps toward your ideal life. Now you can effectively focus on what is working and allow the feelings of gratitude to flow.

Connect to Your Inner Self

In order to connect to your inner self, it’s important to do things that feed your soul. Everything you expose yourself to resides in your subconscious. So, be mindful of what you read, listen to, and watch on television. Fill your world with quality, rich, and positive influences.

Diet

In addition, think about what foods you put into your body. Nourish your body with a diet of natural, unprocessed foods. And, choose organic whenever possible! Leaning toward a more plant-based diet will give your body daily healthy doses of direct energy from the sunlight.

Also, limit your alcohol intake, or stop drinking altogether. This will benefit you on several different levels including improved mood and natural weight loss.

By caring for yourself, mind, body and soul you can connect more deeply to your inner being and live an authentic life.

You Are Powerful

Ultimately, you have the power to raise your vibrational frequency and create an incredible life. And, although we’re programmed to live in a way that limits our potential, you don’t have to follow the same path as everyone else.

It might be tough at first, because you’ll feel a little left out. Be strong enough and brave enough to break away from the crowd and forge your own path.
